I have been interested in baking and cake decorating for more then ten years. This time gave me an opportunity to perfect many recipes and try various techniques. Some of these styles may be seen in my gallery on my website.
Professionally, I baked for Perkins Corporation for two years in two separate locations. This allowed me to see the work flow of a professional incensed kitchen.
I am now a certified cake decorator.I have decided to offer my services to the public. I use a licensed kitchen for all of my professional bakes. this allows me to meet all state and city guidelines.
