Dayton Orders Flags Lowered to Honor Minn. Soldier

Gov. Mark Dayton has ordered flags lowered to half-staff Tuesday to honor a southeastern Minnesota soldier killed in Afghanistan.
    
The funeral for 23-year-old Army Sgt. Nicholas Dickhut will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Rochester. Burial will be at Grandview Memorial Gardens.
