Sports Clips Offers Free Haircuts for Heroes

Active and retired military soldiers can get free haircuts at Sports Clips next week.

On Monday and Tuesday, July 2-3, Sports Clips will be giving the free haircuts at all Minnesota locations. Attendees must present a Military I.D. to be eligible.

Bloomington
Burnsville
Chaska
Coon Rapids

Scandinavian Quartet to Perform Tuesday in Benson

Touring the upper Midwest, the Scandinavian Quartet will stop to perform at 7 p.m. June 27 at Roosevelt Park in Benson.

The quartet was formed in 2010 when Matias Bjornstad, Linn Persson, Pen Nordell and Jesper Eriksson met at the Royal College of Music in Sweden...

Junior Royalty Center Stage in Willmar

Jaycee's Block Party attracted a large crowd Thursday, kicking off with the junior coronation at 4:30 p.m. Wyatt Swenson crowned Jesus Castellano, 8, as the 2013 junior prince and Josephine Miller crowned Allison Bruhn, 8, as the 2013 junior princess.
