The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and volunteers are tearing down two squatters camps on islands in the Upper Mississippi Wildlife Refuge.
The camps are just south of Winona, near Homer. Wildlife Service manager Mary Stefanski says the camps were discovered during eagle nest surveys. She says one camp is abandoned and the other has been used recently.

Ramsey County earned an F for air quality. The new American Lung Association report grades counties based on air particle pollution. Ramsey got an F for the first time, down from a B in 2009.
Hennepin and Dakota counties each earned a C. while Scott, Washington and Anoka counties all got A's for air quality.
