Emergency workers from three counties in Minnesota and Wisconsin will respond to a nuclear emergency at the Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant Tuesday. The Minnesota Department of Public Safety (DPS) is telling residents not to be alarmed, that it's only a drill.
