The Minnesota National Guard says five of its members have been injured in an attack in Afghanistan.
    

Benefit Planned for Duluth Student Who Spent Freezing Night on Porch

The University of Minnesota Duluth student found unconscious after nine hours in subzero temps earlier this month is coming to terms with what has happened and what's in store, according to her family.

On Wednesday, Alyssa Lommel's mother updated her CaringBridge site saying it appears her daughter is starting to accept the way things are going to be.

Santa will be hanging out at Faribault Harley-Davidson on December 7th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. 

 

The event is called Toy Drive & Santa Day at Faribault Harley-Davidson.  FHD is a Toys for Tots drop location this year.
